Bookings, Payments & Contract
A booking is considered confirmed once The Growth Network receives written confirmation (email, order form, or telephone) and an invoice has been issued. This forms a binding contract between The Growth Company (N.I.) Ltd and the client.
Full payment must be received prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not made within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice.
All advertised events and memberships are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend events and offerings as necessary. In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), our liability is limited to a refund or pro-rata adjustment of fees already paid. No further compensation is due.
Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Event tickets and membership payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated or in the event of cancellation and rescheduling.
If a client cancels or reduces a confirmed booking, any promotional materials, passes, or digital access must be returned or invalidated immediately.
Tickets, guest passes, or membership access may not be resold or transferred without prior written permission. Doing so will render them void and may result in removal from the event or network.
Conduct, Safety & Participation
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event or community who, in our judgment, is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a risk to the enjoyment, safety, or well-being of others. No refunds will be issued, and the client may be liable for costs incurred as a result.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity, in line with the values of The Growth Network.
By attending our events, you confirm that you are fit and well to participate. Some events may involve physical activity or take place in crowded environments. It is your responsibility to inform us of any special requirements or limitations in advance.
Media, Content & IP
Photos, videos, and other media may be captured at our events. These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation or further consent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Growth Network retains ownership of all content, branding, and digital materials created by or for our community. This includes our website, event content, promotional materials, and member directory. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.
Damage & Liability
The Growth Company (N.I.) Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings or business assets at our events.
Clients are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to venues, equipment, or the property of other attendees, except in cases of normal wear and tear.
We strongly advise all attendees to ensure they have adequate insurance for travel, liability, and property, particularly for high-value or third-party events.
